These terms govern your use of this website (shaylashhbeauty.co.uk), run by Shaylashh Beauty: Shayla Prosser, based in Bargoed, United Kingdom. By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Using this site
This site gives information about our treatments and lets you ask for an appointment. You may not use it to:
- submit false information
- disrupt it, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or introduce viruses or malicious code
- scrape or republish its content without permission
Appointment requests
Sending the request form asks for an appointment. It does not confirm one. An appointment only exists once Shayla has confirmed it with you by phone or email. She may suggest a different day or time if she’s busy or can’t make your request, and she can’t promise to reply to every request. The quickest way to book is to phone her on 07946 188558.
If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please let Shayla know as soon as you can by phone or email.
Prices
The prices on this site are the prices Shayla charges at the time of writing. Detailed or difficult nail designs may cost £1 to £5 more. Prices may change, and we’ll tell you the price before your treatment begins if it differs from this site. Nail removal is free for Shayla’s own work only.
Patch tests
Anyone having a tint must come in 48 hours before their appointment for a patch test. This is for your safety.
Accuracy
We try to keep this site accurate and up to date, but can’t guarantee it always is.
Our content
The words, design and photos on this site belong to Shaylashh Beauty or are used with permission. You can view and print pages for your own personal use. Please don’t copy or reuse them for business purposes without asking us first.
Links to other websites
This site links to other websites such as Google Maps and Instagram. We’re not responsible for the content or privacy practices of sites we don’t run.
Your consumer rights
Treatments are carried out with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we’re not liable for any loss from using this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can’t be limited under UK law.

If you’re unhappy with a treatment or anything else, please tell Shayla in person, by phone or by email at shaylaprosser25@gmail.com. She’ll aim to reply within 5 working days and put things right where she can.
